Q. What time can I check-in?
A. From 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Q. When do I need to check-out?
A. 12:00 P.M is the checkout Time.
Q. How do we book a double and a twin room when the system only allows us to book one room type?
A. You can only book one room type per booking. However we do have some twin rooms; please call the hotel directly to check availability on this room type for booking. Only by getting a direct confirmation from the hotel will your twin room be guaranteed.
Q. We have children and the website is saying we need to book two rooms.
A. The maximum number of people in a room is two. However we can accommodate infants with travel cots sharing their parents' room and extra beds for children under 12 years old. As soon as you have made your reservation, please call the hotel directly in order to check the availability and book a cot or extra bed.
Q. When do I receive my e-mail confirmation?
A. Our e-mail confirmations are computer generated and can take up to 24 hours. Please make sure you have given us the correct e-mail address for this confirmation.
Q. Can I change the dates?
A. When you have completed your booking and have a confirmation number, your credit or debit card will be charged immediately. As per our terms and conditions, this amount will be non-refundable and the date of your booking cannot be changed. Like low cost airlines, we can only offer low prices by having these booking conditions.
Q. What about the Safety and Privacy measures?
A. The information requested during registration is necessary for the hotel and reservation to manage the booking request. All information is strictly confidential and shall be transmitted via an encrypted channel that ensures privacy. Your credit card data, necessary to guarantee booking, is also transmitted through safe, on the protected bank server
